We recommend you find a stud or use a molly-bolt. To connect the antlers to a wall, use a screwdriver or screw gun and install the included screws through the pre-drilled holes in each antler. When using this bath towel rack with the spacer rod, attach one antler to the wall, then insert the spacer rod into each antler and hold the 2nd antler in place while attaching with screws.
